　　水力沖洗裝置是一種用于清洗雨水調(diào)蓄池和大型管道的裝置。

　　通常，在現(xiàn)有調(diào)蓄池中經(jīng)過簡單改造后即可安裝門式自動沖洗系統(tǒng)，不會減少調(diào)蓄池的調(diào)蓄容量。系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行可靠、穩(wěn)定，一般情況下經(jīng)過一次沖洗即可將大顆粒沉積物甚至大石塊沖刷干凈，這已經(jīng)在實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用中得到驗(yàn)證。

　　水力沖洗裝置的主要運(yùn)行過程如下：

　　蓄水——首先，將雨水調(diào)蓄池劃分為多個沖洗廊道。然后在每一個沖洗廊道中分離出一座單獨(dú)儲水間，用于在調(diào)蓄池日常進(jìn)水時存儲來水，作為清洗調(diào)蓄池的沖洗水源。

　　調(diào)蓄池清空——水中污染物沉淀于池底需要清洗時，首先排空雨水調(diào)蓄池，通過PLC控制系統(tǒng)啟動液壓系統(tǒng)，將儲水間之前的沖洗門開啟，開始對廊道進(jìn)行清洗。

　　沖洗——沖洗門開啟之后，儲水間內(nèi)的水源產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)大的沖洗水流(類似水壩放水)，對調(diào)蓄池各廊道底部進(jìn)行沖洗。沖洗完畢后沖洗門恢復(fù)原位，等待下次蓄水沖洗。

　　The main operation process of the hydraulic flushing device is as follows:

　　Water storage-first, the rainwater storage pool is divided into several flushing corridors. A separate water storage compartment is isolated from each flushing corridor for storing water during the daily water intake of the reservoir, as a flushing water source for cleaning and regulating storage tanks.

　　The storage tank is emptied--the water pollutant precipitates in the pool bottom and needs to be cleaned, first empties the rainwater to adjust the storage pond, starts the hydraulic system through the PLC control system, opens the flushing door before the water storage room, starts to the corridor to clean.

　　Flush-After the flush, door is opened, the water source in the storage room produces a powerful flushing flow (similar to a dam), which is rinsed at the bottom of each corridor of the storage tank. The door returns back in place after flushing and wait for the next flush.
